The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has declared one diplomat of the Embassy of the Russian Federation accredited in Montenegro as persona non grata, due to activities that are contrary to Article 9 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced.
“The formal note on this decision, which specifies a deadline of seven days for leaving the territory of Montenegro, has been delivered today to the ambassador of the Russian Federation, Vladislav Maslenikov”, the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs says.
