Seven members of the expedition, organized by the Mountain Club Mountaineers of Montenegro, climbed Elbrus yesterday around 20h.
The leader of the expedition was Dušan Bošković, and members from Montenegro – Ivan Perčin from Tivat, Branko Tomić from Pljevlja and Dražen Anđelić from Kolašin, as well as Croatians Ivan Zebić and Katja Milišić and Serbian Milica Cvijetić.
All members of the expedition feel well. They have climbed down during the day.
“Yet another successful action from Mountaineers of Montenegro, that prove that good organization and experience can take you far. Elbrus has become an important destination and a goal of many world mountaineers. This is the fourth time Montenegrins waved a flag of Montenegro at the highest peak of the continent”, said secretary of the club Milan Radović.
