As announced by the Islamic Community of Montenegro, preparations for the departure of the believers on the pilgrimage are ongoing and those who plan to go to Mecca and Medina have already been vaccinated as a precaution against meningitis.
The price of this year’s arrangements to go for the Hajj has been €3,200 for pilgrims from Montenegro. The price includes airfare and accommodation.
The Islamic Community of Montenegro communicated that the number of believers who were going to perform one of the five obligations of Muslims had been increasing in recent years. In 2014, 70 believers from Montenegro performed the Hajj in Mecca and Medina.
