In the first ten months of 2017, the Health Insurance Fund of Montenegro approved 429 procedures of in vitro fertilization (IVF). It is by three more than in the same period of 2016. The procedures cost the state a little over €680,000.
Namely, €681,774.38 was spent for IVF procedures in 2017, or almost €6,800 less than in 2016, when a total of €688,544.18 was spent on IVF, says the fund’s spokesperson, Amer Ramusovic.
