DPM Dritan Abazovic has said from Washington that Montenegro is to experience surprises in the next period in the political and economic sense.
“There will be both political and economic surprises, but positive ones, for Montenegro and its citizens”, Abazovic has stressed at the end of his visit to the United States.
After the meetings in Washington, especially at the State Department and other institutions, he has concluded that the alliance between Montenegro and the United States of America has only strengthened.
“Progressive forces have received open support. We have a reform path ahead of us, there is no compromise with corruption and organized crime. And we want to see more American investments in Montenegro and the entire Western Balkans”, Abazovic has pointed out.
He expects that the American envoy for the Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, will visit Montenegro soon and thus confirm a quality alliance between the two countries.
