In the period from 20 July to 20 August, the Alimony Fund received a total of 25 decisions from social work centers in which the right to temporary child support was recognized in accordance with the adopted amendments to the Law. In this period, €42,613.52 was paid for 108 children.
The Ministry of Finance, Alimony Fund Department, as stated in the information published on the Government’s website, made payments to the children on 16 August, based on the decisions it received in the reporting period, as well as the decisions applied in the previous period, according to which the right to temporary support runs.
Temporary child support according to 91 decisions was paid for 108 children.
During the reporting period, the Alimony Fund issued 72 decisions on the return of the amount of temporary support, which amounts were paid to the legal representatives of the children on 19 July.
According to the decisions for which the period of 8 days is running, on 20 August, no payments were made to the Alimony Fund account by child support debtors.
