Andjelka Bojovic, mother of Luka Bojovic, who was suspected of preparing the murder of Ratko Koljensic, had to leave Montenegro, but she was not expelled.
A source close to Andjelka and Matija Bojovic’s the defence confirmed the information for CdM.
More precisely, Andjelka had to leave Montenegro due to the expiration of her residence registration. Her attorney team do not know anything about her whereabouts. They believe she is not in Montenegro.
According to CdM’s unofficial information, when Andjelka entered Montenegro, she went to her cottage on Zabljak. She had a three-day deadline to report her stay. In case of failing to do that, she must leave the country within the given deadline.
Therefore, Andjelka was ordered to leave Montenegro within 24 hours, but this has nothing to do with expulsion, CdM’s source said. Matija Bojovic has been remanded in up to 30 day custody.
Andjelka and Matija Bojovic are suspected of creating a deal to commit a criminal offense and illicit possession of weapons. In their camera, inspectors found footages of the doors, windows and balconies of Koljensic’s house and his car.
