Twelve banks operating in the Montenegrin market generated revenues in the amount of 36.5 million euro in the first quarter of this year, while they took 12.1 million euro from fees and provisions charged to clients. From January to March, the total profit of banks amounted to 15.27 million euro. According to the Central Bank of Montenegro, CBCG, it’s by 1.7 million or 13% higher compared to the same period last year.
Only the Commercial Bank achieved the negative result (it was 176.000 euro in minus), while the remaining 11 banks were in profit.
