BIA recorded three conversations between Sindjelic and Ristic

Montenegrin investigators possess three conversations between Serbian citizen Aleksandar Sasa Sindjelic and his fellow national Nemanja Ristic, accused of plotting terrorist act on 16 October. According to reliable information of Pobjeda, the conversations were recorded by the Serbian Security Information Agency (BIA) and submitted to Montenegrin authorities.

The recorded conversation between Sindjelic, who was granted ‘protected witness’ status, and Ristic, accused of plotting Montenegro coup, represents part of the evidence proving that 14 individuals were involved in preparation of alleged coup plot on October 16.

The prosecutor’s office is in the possession of recorded conversations among other accused individuals as well, which are to be revealed after the defence provides comments on a statement of the key witness.

The indictment against the defendants has been written on 129 p., consisting of statements of witnesses and nine final judgements.
