“Pandora Papers have once again irrefutably shown why an absolute reform of the Prosecutor’s Office is necessary, so that, like many so far, it does not end up filed away. It is high time that we acted responsibly as a government towards the citizens of Montenegro and fulfilled the promises we made during the election campaigns, relating to the long-awaited changes and reforms of the Prosecutor’s Office, so that many affairs that were shaking Montenegro for decades would get the epilogue they deserve”, says the Black on White caucus.
According to the caucus, any prolongation of electing members of the new Prosecutorial Council would mean that someone is intentionally blocking Montenegro on its European path and obstructing the fight against organized crime and corruption.
