Defence minister Predrag Boskovic said that after laying off 22 soldiers, the Armed Forces of Montenegro (VCG) has became stronger and more capable. He added that there was nothing to add to the charges of the VCG’s trade union that 22 soldiers were fired with no explanation and thus violated the value of the army.
Boskovic called on the head of the trade union Nenad Cobelic and the dismissed soldiers to express their dissatisfaction within the institutions of the system.
The union scheduled a new protest for Saturday.
