For more than half a year, since the former ambassador of that country in Podgorica, Mr Vladimir Božović, was declared a persona non grata, the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia has not returned the diplomatic ID cards and tax identification card used by Mr Božović and his family.
This was confirmed to Pobjeda by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro, whose decision ended all diplomatic operations in Montenegro for Mr Božović at the end of November last year.
