Brajovic: Parliament opened to ODIHR recommendations

Montenegrin Parliament will remain open for future suggestions and recommendations of ODHIR, in order to achieve the highest level of confidence of all parties in the electoral process in Montenegro, Parliament speaker Ivan Brajovic said during a meeting with representatives of the ODIHR mission.

Representatives of the ODIHR, the deputy head of the ODIHR’s election office, Richard Lapin and election adviser Tamara Otiasvil, are staying in Montenegro today.

As they say, they will assess the pre-election environment and prepare for the upcoming presidential elections in Montenegro, based on which the ODIHR will decide on the implementation of the necessary activities in the monitoring process.

Brajovic thanked ODHIR for continuing good cooperation, positive report and recommendations after the last general elections.
