The Novi Sad company AG UNS Architectural and Construction Institute filed a complaint against the tender documentation for the preparation of the conceptual design for the highway section Andrijevica-Berane-Boljare, which halts further actions on that tender until the decision on the complaint is made by the competent Commission (the Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures).
The Monteput company has told Vijesti that the tender for part of the Bar-Boljare highway was announced on 31 January 2024 and that it is worth €4.95m, and that the Commission would respond within the legal deadline.
According to the Law on Public Procurement, that deadline can be up to a month, depending on the complaint. The tender ended on 18 March 2024.
The Commission’s decision can be to reject the complaint, but also to cancel the entire procedure and return everything to the beginning.
