Appelate court confirmed the verdict of the Higher court in Podgorica which was made by the criminal council of the judge Vladimir Novovic.
The verdict states among other things, that Pjescic abused a 13 year old boy in a long period of time, starting from 22nd of November in 2014. As it was written in the verdict, at one occasion he brought the boy to his apartment and took him to bedroom, where he took his clothes off, laid on top of him and forced him to immoral actions.
„He repeated the same action at least four more times in his office”, it’s written in the verdict.
The judgement of the court is that the prison sentence of nine years is adequate compared to the severity of the crime.
Pjescic was arrested on 26th of February last year after the boy’s parents a week earlier pressed criminal charges against him.
the boy told his parents that the teacher “attacked” him on an additional class in the school, after which he reported the case to police in Bar while escorted by his parents.
During the hearing at a deputy of the high public prosecutor, Pjescic denied the accusations.
