Inspectors, sent by the prosecutor’s office, are measuring offices, examining documents from the municipality, cadastre and the TradeUnique company, searching for evidence to substantiate the allegations of Kuljača.
Milovanovic claims Kuljača and Savic made all the arrangements
The investigating judge Miroslav Bašović rejected yesterday the request of the Special Prosecutor to detain the executive director of “Gugi commerce”, Dragoljub Milovanovic, meaning he is once more a free man, and can defend himself from home.
Milovanovic was arrested within the Special Prosecutor’s investigation into the multi-million damage to the municipality of Budva, concerning the concert plateau in Jaz. Mr. Milovanovic is the author of the controversial annex to the contract between the Municipality of Budva and “Gugi commerce” concluded in 2007., for the purposes of hosting the Rolling Stones’ concert on Jaz beach.
Today’s issue of Pobjeda daily writes Milovanovic was on Tuesday questioned by the Special Prosecutor for the fight against organized crime, Milivoje Katnić, before whom he had denied committing any criminal offense.
According to unofficial information of the daily, Milovanovic said that the then-mayor of Budva, Rajko Kuljača, conferred all deals with the owner of “Gugi Commerce” company, Borislav Savic.
Milovanovic claims he was only executing what had previously been arranged between Kuljača and Savic.
