“Highways in general are difficult to build, both in Montenegro and in China. There are always difficulties, but if you do not believe you can overcome them, better do not begin construction. It is my hope that we will provide a high quality highway for Montenegro”, Jinlong said.
During the construction of the highway there are many phases, starting from the project to implementation.
“Pouring asphalt is the last phase. Currently we are working on bridges and tunnels, because these are the most tasking constructions. This is our first time in Montenegro, so we must build trust”, he said.
He said that the construction of the priority section of highway Bar-Boljare, Smokovac-Uvač-Mateševo, is a big project.
“There are bigger projects in China, but financially this is also considered a big project”, Jinlong said.
