The Bijelo Polje high court extended custody for Kolasin resident T.B. for another two months. T.B. is suspected of raping a minor girl.
Bijelo Polje High Prosecutor’s Office charges him with raping a 17-year-old girl in September 2016, on the mountain of Javorje, the municipality of Kolasin.
Prosecutor claims that the defendant took the minor’s right hand while sitting in the meadow next to her. When she tried to pull out her hand and stand up, he approached her and grabbed her left arm, pushed her to the ground and had sexual intercourse with her against her will.
