This year in Danilovgrad, there has been announced the beginning of drafting project documentation for investments worth nearly €20m, and by the end of the year, we will have the opportunity to employ over 100 people, says the mayor of Danilovgrad Zorica Kovacević.
Danilovgrad will get the reconstructed 4-star hotel Zeta. This investment is worth €3m. “We are working on the project documentation for the construction of 30 exclusive villas near the city center. The investor is from Turkey, and the investment is worth €2m. Also, we have provided urban conditions for an investment of almost €10m, where the investor bought the land and intends to build greenhouses for oil production. We will get mushroom production in Martinići”, Ms Kovačević says.
Danilovgrad is also expected to get an aqua park.
