The application that citizens can use to check whether their signatures of support are in the database of support for the candidates for the President of Montenegro in the elections on 19 March has been in operation since late yesterday afternoon.
However, citizens announced last night on social networks that their data had been misused because during the check they discovered that they had “supported” one of the presidential candidates. The editors of CdM were contacted by several citizens who stated that their names and surnames were on the list of support for the presidential candidate. They stated that they would complain to the State Election Commission because their data were misused.
Identical situations happened in previous elections as well, but it is obvious that the system has not been improved.
