The Decision on the establishment of the new airline 2Montenegro was published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro. According to the Decision, its founder is the Government of Montenegro with 100 percent shares.
The airline’s core capital is €30M and will be paid within one year from the registration of the airline, €4M of which will be paid during registration.
The main activity of the airline is passenger air carriage and includes transport of passengers by air on regular routes with a determined flight schedule; charter flights; panoramic flights; wet lase for passenger carriage and passenger carriage by aeroclubs for training or entertainment.
The decision entered into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette and was signed by the Prime Minister Mr Zdravko Krivokapić.
