Starting from tomorrow, one liter of Eurodiesel in Montenegro goes up 4 cents and it will cost 1,30 EUR. Also, the price of fuel oil goes up 4 cents and in the next 15 days it will cost 1,27 EUR.

Prices of eurosuper BMB 95 and MBM 95 will remain the same, i.e. 1,48 EUR and 1,38 EUR respectively.

“Change in prices of oil derivatives in Montenegro is caused by the growth in of the values of oil derivatives at the world stock exchange as well as the change of the value of dollar in relation to euro. As a consequence, international market of oil derivatives is extremely unstable and that, dominantly, affects the prices in Montenegro and the entire region”, reports the Ministry of Economy.

New maximum allowed diesel price will be at the same level as it was in June this year  and that is 8 cents lower than the historical maximum.

The Ministry announces that on Friday, September 21, after the official data are collected, they will start the practice of publishing comparative prices of fuel in the region on a weekly basis. That will be one of the most important parameters for the possible activation of anti-inflation measures.
