“It’s nonsense, he talks like this every day”, Djukanovic told reporters in Parliament, after the Prime Minister’s Hour.
Commenting the invitation of the leaders of the Social Democratic Party and Parliament Speaker, Ranko Krivokapic, to all political parties to talk about electoral legislation, Mr. Djukanovic said DPS is ready for dialogue and elections. The distrust must not be ignored, he said.
“Let’s do something to change this mistrust. We will answer to any initiative for the elimination of distrust. It is less important whether I will personally participate in the dialogue. I am the least specialized to participate in discussions on the electioral legislation, but DPS will certainly have a representative in this dialogue”, explained Djukanovic.
Prime Minister also commented on the return of our emigrants from Germany.
“We want to see how to help these people to re-enter our social environment as soon as possible”, he said.
He declined to comment on the actions the Prosecutor’s Office regarding the Telekom affair.
“Let me remind you that some implied that I too was involved in corruption. No investigation will show, even if it lasted a hundred years, that your Prime Minister was involved in corruption. Let the prosecution do their job. I hope it will shut everyone’s mouth”, the Prime Minister was clear.
