The Commercial Court has accepted the objection of the state of Montenegro and annulled the decision prohibiting the conduct of a public call for the selection of a domain registration agent within the national Internet domain of Montenegro and sent the case back for a revised decision.
The spokesman of the Commercial Court, judge Vladimir Bulatovic, has announced that the Commercial Court Council accepted Montenegro’s complaint, canceled the decision that determined the temporary measure proposed by DOMEN DOO Podgorica and sent the case back for a revised decision.
In July, the Commercial Court issued a decision prohibiting Montenegro and the Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism from holding a public call for the selection of a domain registration agent within the national internet domain of Montenegro.
Previously, at the beginning of July, the company doMEn submitted to the Commercial Court of Montenegro a proposal to determine a temporary measure prohibiting the selection of a new registration agent for the .me domain, until the dispute on the validity and application of the agreement on the registration agent that is in force is resolved.
