DPS PMs are to return to Parliament of Montenegro and participate in the session scheduled for 18 February, said the head of the DPS-LP caucus, Mr Danijel Živković, at today’s press conference.
Mr Živković points out that the return of the DPS to Parliament is important also because of the discussion on the prosecutorial laws that are on the agenda of the parliamentary session on 18 February.
He also stresses that the Speaker of Parliament Aleksa Bečić did not accept the invitation to schedule the Collegium of caucus heads in order to request information from the Government, specifically from the Ministry of Health, about the current epidemiological situation, measures taken and vaccination.
It’s brought to mind that on 3 February, the DPS submitted an initiative to assess the constitutionality of the laws that were adopted at the session on 20 January 2021.
Mr Živković called on the Constitutional Court to work in line with the law.
