As they said, after managing the work of the Academy for over a year and a half, the company decided to direct its human and financial resources to the programmes related to its basic business, with continued support to the development of education and encouraging higher employment.
“During the last few months, as the company that is basically an investor, Azmont Investments showed a new model of an academy as a sustainable training centre that would be managed by an institution that can ensure its best performance. The competent state institution, the focus of which is on issues important to human resources, such as education and training, would thus be an adequate connection between educated individuals and potential employers in the country,” the company stated.
At the end of the year, Azmont Investments is to leave management in Bijelo Polje. The company added that it would include world-renowned experts in its projects and connect them with local education providers.
“As a committed investor who closely monitors trends and developments in the labour market, Azmont Investments continues to work focusing on the development of human resources within tourism area, together with respectable and well-known local and international partners. Through the initial support and advisory role, we are sure that our joint work will ensure long-term stability and commitment of Azmont Investments. All this should result in education and employment, driven by the ambition to position Montenegro on the map of luxury tourism,” it was concluded in the statement.
