The project of the U.S. Stratex Group has been constructed at Zavala cape since 2010, after the initial investor had left. Nowadays, there are 202 modern furnished apartments and penthouse suites, three beaches, a restaurant, a café, a gallery and many other services.
“I am proud if we helped, at least a little bit, the efforts of the Montenegrin Government and citizens to invest in developing potentials of this beautiful country, by finishing the Dukley Gardens project. We are particularly grateful to the citizens of Budva and the Prime Minister, Milo Djukanovic, for their support” Neil Emilfarb, President of the Stratex Group, said, expressing hope that other projects in Montenegro would be implemented with the same success.
