The delegation of the European Union and the diplomatic missions of EU member states in Montenegro have invited all political actors to engage in a broad and constructive dialogue in order to build a consensus and work together on the adoption and implementation of reforms related to the EU.
“This is key to progress in the accession process, which is the strategic commitment of the vast majority of Montenegrin citizens” the EU Delegation points out, saying that the future of Montenegro is in the EU.
They are concerned about the functionality of the institutions and especially emphasize the urgent need to appoint judges of the Constitutional Court, members of the Judicial Council and the Supreme State Prosecutor, all in order to ensure the proper and efficient functioning of the institutions of Montenegro.
