The Traffic Administration, within the Reconstruction of main roads project, announced the public call for construction bidding, that is, for performing construction works on rehabilitation and improvement of the M2 Rožaje-Špiljani road section and M18 Podgorica-Danilovgrad road section, where a four-lane boulevard is planned to be built, the Government of Montenegro stated.
The total value of this EBRD-funded (the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) project is €40 million.
“Reconstruction of these roads will significantly enhance traffic safety and contribute to business opportunities, which would ultimately bring to the higher quality of life of citizens,” the Govt assessed.
