The alleged statements of Montenegro’s Prime Minister, Mr Duško Marković, on the resignation of Kosovo’s PM, Mr Ramush Haradinaj, that flooded social media on 19 July are false and malicious, the Government of Montenegro said today in a statement.

“Montenegro has been implementing a responsible foreign policy, positions on the neighboring countries are clear and the Government is reporting on them in an easy way to check. Therefore, we strongly condemn fake news and its creators, and we urge all social actors, including the media, to show responsible attitude towards such a plague,” the Govt stated.
