The Ministry of Finance and Tax Administration announced the rollout of an improved business registration system following amendments to the Law on Companies. The new system allows faster, simpler, and more legally secure company registration, with clear deadlines of up to 10 working days, or 5 days for individual founders—though many applications are already being processed within 1–2 days.
Enhanced oversight through the Central Register strengthens legality, transparency, and predictability, while standardised procedures and a two-level control system improve legal certainty without adding costs. The reform is aimed at creating a more efficient business environment, strengthening institutions, and boosting investor confidence.
