Representatives of the parliamentary majority parties of 30 August 2020 are going to hold another meeting today – the 5th in a row, and try to reach an agreement on the election of a new government and new parliamentary leadership. The meeting is to be held in Parliament at noon, and it is expected that the leaders of all the parties involved in the negotiations will attend it.
At the previous meeting, the representatives of the old parliamentary majority could not agree on the future prime minister designate.
The Democratic Front proposed the representative of the New Serbian Democracy – Andrija Mandic, URA suggested that it should be the current Prime Minister – Dritan Abazovic, while Democratic Montenegro renounced the positions of Prime Minister and Parliament Speaker.
