This morning in Zagreb, CdM analyst Ljubomir Filipovic has filed a criminal complaint with the State Attorney’s Office of the Republic of Croatia and the Zagreb Police for monitoring, photographing and indirect threats.
Filipovic is staying in Zagreb at the invitation of the Zagreb Security Forum, where he spoke before international security experts about the situation in Montenegro and Cetinje as a consequence of hybrid attacks from Serbia and Russia.
