Finally some five-star accommodation in MNE

Come to Budva this summer

Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism said for Dnevne Novine daily that they expect Montenegro to receive this year an additional 880 accommodation units (four and five stars).

The Ministry added tourist offer for this season has already been enriched with several high-category hotels, opened on the coast and in Podgorica:

Hotel Perla Residence, four stars, 28 apartments and 65 beds, Podgorica

Riviera in Njivice, Iberostar group, four stars, three buildings with 190 accommodation units and 376 beds

Soon in Perast, hotel Jadran, also by Iberostar, five stars, 133 accommodation units and 250 beds

Hotel Holiday Village Montenegro, in Ulcinj, by Karisma company, four stars, 257 accommodation units and 834 beds.

“The works at the Chedi, the first hotel within the Lustica Bay project, are in an advanced stage and are expected to be finished soon. This hotel will have 110 five star rooms”, the Ministry added.

Also expected:

Five-star tourist resort in Dobrota, expected to be opened this month, with 89 accommodation units and around 250 beds.

Adaptation and reconstruction of Lazaret hotel complex in Herceg Novi, with 24 accommodation units, five stars.

Ministry emphasized new hotels in Budva and Tivat are also expected to be opened soon.
