Receiver of “Radoje Dakić” factory, Mladen Marković, has rendered decisions on the settlement of creditors. According to these decisions, 719 former employees of the company from Podgorica are supposed to share € 3, 37 million.
Payment of former employees will after the decisions come in effect. In case some appeals are lodged, the payment will be prolonged.
Employees represented by “Prelević” law firm will get most money. Around € 2,19 million from the sale of seven cadastral parcels is intended for the settlement of 11% of their claims.
€1,07 million will be enough for the settlement of 7, 63% of total claims of the former employees represented by Veselin Raspopović.
The receivership generated an income of € 85.388 from the sale of 1.028 square meters of land. Seven former employees, represented by the lawyer Novica Sekulović from Podgorica, will share €74.588.
Parcel with 62 square meters, sold for € 20.010, will settle part of claims of three former employees of the factory represented by “Ćupić” law firm, and of one employee represented by “Prelević” law firm. They will get € 14. 408, and the rest will be used for costs and Marković’ prize.
Former employees have claimed a total of € 50 million.
