Gjeloshaj’s promises like Cetinje-based chocolate factory

Gjeloshaj’s story on investments in the Malesia area is as true as the one on establishing a chocolate factory in Cetinje, Democratic Union official Nikola Camaj told CdM.

Camaj responded to claims of the Albanian Alternative (AA) deputy leader Nik Gjeloshaj that the party will bring investors who are ready to invest millions in Malesia, but only if AA wins the local elections on 26 November.

Camaj says this is a classic political scam and a trick.

“I am sorry that any Albanian party is involved in a scam and deceit of the citizens of Malesia. Albanians cannot ask their fellow citizens to vote for them using the logic of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS). Gjeloshaj’s story resembles to promises on Cetinje-based chocolate factory. This is a strategy only to get additional votes. The same thing happened in the case of unfulfilled promises on a fruit and vegetable market in Tuzi, a sports hall, a bypass…” Camaj said.

DPS’s list leader in the Tuzi elections Halil Dukovic claims that Gjeloshaj’s move represents a clear blackmail of voters.

“This is a clear blackmail of voters. I do not believe that investors so easily promise millions of euros for a few votes. They do not give money, but they certainly have their own interest. I do not believe in such businessmen who will invest so much money through a party the strength of which is well-known,” Dukovic said.

He does not believe that Albania is meddling in the internal affairs of Montenegro either.

Bosniak Party also responded to Gjeloshaj’s announcement. The party official Nedzad Dresevic, had a clear message for Gjeloshaj.

“He will not win, so there will be no investments,” Dresevic said and foresaw his party’s excellent result.
