Former handball player Goran Djukanovic builds two seven floor terrace house units along the Adriatic road in Becici.
Co-investor in the project is Budva-based NM Investment company, owned by Marina Gagovic from Becici.
Approval for the construction of those facilities was issued by acting chief state architect Dusan Vuksanovic.
The project design for the terraced house was done by the Cetinje-based Lineaars company, owned by architect Zarko Popovic.
The housing units are designed on a 700 square metre plot. The structures will occupy 386 square meters. The planned gross area of the buildings is 3,132.2 square meters.
