The deputy leader of the Social Democrats of Montenegro (SD) Damir Sehovic says in an interview for Pobjeda that the Government led by PM Zdravko Krivokapic has already fallen, because only 14 out of a total of 81 MPs truly support it. He adds that formally it still survives thanks to the fear from new elections.
“There are two possible ways out of the crisis: either Government reshuffle (new Government) or new elections. Of course, the current Government, due to the obvious fear from new elections and its disastrous results in many fields, will try at all costs to avoid them by trying to reach any agreement on the new staff of the Government. But any agreement of that kind is just a postponement of the inevitable, given the enormous degree of mistrust and cracks that are becoming more apparent day by day among the parties that make up the parliamentary majority”, Mr Sehovic points out.
