At today’s electronic cabinet meeting, the Government approved the new General Collective Agreement, the Government has told CdM. Unofficially, the Agreement is to be signed on Monday.
After the Government’s approval, the social partners of the Union of Employers, the Federation of Trade Unions of Montenegro, the Union of Free Trade Unions and the Government are supposed to sign the Agreement.
It will be valid for 3 years, and branch collective agreements must be concluded with it within one year.
With this collective agreement and the branch collective agreement, the employer’s collective agreements must be harmonized within 6 months from the date of adoption of the branch collective agreements.
