The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property has published a public call for a long-term state property land lease (for a period of 30 years) for the construction of wind power plant at the site ‘Sinjajevina’, Savnik.
The deadline for submitting bids is 1 March until 1 p.m.
Public competition will be done at the premises of the ministry on 4 March at 9 a.m.
The ministry invites the interested investors to take part in it.
The minimum price for an annual lease amounts to €569.500. The annual lease price is adjusted by the amount of the corresponding annual inflation rate.
On the leased land, the bidder is obliged to construct a wind power plant with an installed capacity of 6.6 MW per wind turbine.
