ToMontenegro asked the Revenue and Customs Administration to refund the value added tax (VAT). However, the state airline, as well as the institution headed by Aleksandar Damjanovic, were unwilling to tell Pobjeda yesterday how much refund was requested, for what period, on what basis.
“You can get all the information on the VAT refund and the possible amount from the Revenue and Customs Administration”, Pobjeda was briefly told by ToMontenegro yesterday.
The Revenue Administration confirmed Pobjeda’s findings on the requested VAT refund, stating that it would determine in the inspection procedure whether there was a basis for that.
