Gvozdenovic presented positive macroeconomic trends in Montenegro and its favourable investment environment, emphasising interest in intensifying cooperation with Iran in the field of investments and tourism.
Pour pointed out that, in addition to the aforementioned sectors, there were many areas in which a good cooperation could be achieved, such as culture and the environment.
“I believe that Iran, as a country of 80 million people, more than 5 million of which travel each year, may be an interesting market for Montenegro as a tourist destination. On the other hand, I am convinced that Montenegro, as a very beautiful country, with numerous natural and cultural sites, can offer to tourists from our country everything they need,” Pour added.
An initiative for signing a memorandum of cooperation was also proposed at the meeting, as well as intensifying communication with the tour operators.
