Private accommodation in coastal municipalities is well filled. For the owners of private accommodation, it is a wonderful financial refreshment, after the tourist year 2020, which brought them a big zero and which will remain only as a bad memory when it comes to finances, director of the Center for Tourism Research and Development Petar Golubovic has told Pobjeda.
His opinion is that as far as the price is concerned, the private accommodation owners, due to the increased demand, have, conditionally speaking, relaxed and raised the prices quite a bit in the desire to maximize the profit.
