Maksim Vujicic, one of the two Tara workers who sustained serious burns in an explosion that occurred in the weapons factory in Mojkovac on Monday, succumbed to his wounds. He died while on treatment in the Military Medical Centre (VMA) in Belgrade.
Vujicic and his colleague Radovan Cobeljic sustained second and third degree burns on 90% of their bodies. Cobeljic is still fighting for his life.
The Tara factory, as the company announced on Tuesday, has been closed until further notice. According to Pobjeda’s findings, experts from the Ministry of Internal Affairs are investigating the causes of the serious incident.
