Educational inspectors checked a total of 39 kindergartens last year, with irregularities found in almost half of them. The most frequent inspectors’ “remarks” referred to the failure to establish pre-school education, the number of educational groups, the number of children in educational groups, the duration of the educational programme, and the educational staff.
