President of the European Movement, Momčilo Radulović, stated the expert union for several years already unanimously warns on what the President of DPS, Milo Đukanović, yesterday indicated: slow EU enlargement processes and even slower accession of the Balkans. DEMOS considers Đukanović’s speech as a lecture to Brussels, while the Liberal Party supports Đukanović, pointing out that we all can feel the inconsistent policy of the European Parliament.
“Europe loses its competition and it seems to me that it doesn’t work enough to attract the Balkans. I would say it still behaves as a bride from the period after the Cold War when she was the main goal to achieve. But today, circumstances are different”, former PM Milo Đukanović stated yesterday.
As for the European Movement, nothing changed in Montenegro compared to the situation three or four years ago.
Radulović pointed out that the Balkans was moving towards the Europe but there were only few concrete actions.
He hasn’t hidden his satisfaction with Đukanović’s attempt to draw attention of Brussels and speak out of the Balkans’ needs.
Demos, on the other hand, considers the speech of Đukanović as utterly inappropriate.
