Good morning! Minister Prof. Bratic, PhD disappeared from the public scene for a while, returning to the margins of public life, where in reasonable societies there is, after all, a place for ideologies like the one she is the bearer of. However, someone decided to reactivate Vesna and give her space, which she once again unwaveringly uses to spread toxicity of all kinds and colors. A little less on TV, a lot more on Twitter.

Knocking on Forgotten Aces’ Doors – Vesna Bratic
If there is a heroine of the religious procession revolution who stands proudly above the barricades like “Freedom Leading the People” from Eugène Delacroix’s painting of the same name, then it is Vesna Bratic. Some will say it’s not Vesna but Dara (from Smokovac), but I will always vote for Professor Bratic.
The professor is, therefore, the star of the revolution, its biggest and most colorful cherry. A child of the revolution who was eventually eaten by the mother. Vesna carried the flag after many years of suffering during which DPS granted her citizenship on the basis of great immeasurable contributions to science and education, only to end up lonely and misunderstood. And rejected.
Then, she would end up in a van party with Danilovic, the doctor from Kosovo and Brdza. And she was like a bride among the brothers-in-law of then ministers who are today the president and prime minister of Montenegro. And where is Vesna? In a party whose officials are being cut according to the instructions from Andrej Nikolaidis’ columns.
Eh, you cursed fate, why are you so cruel?
So, Vesna is back on her feet and swearing again on social networks. She intrigued me yesterday when, similar to Mico Vlahovic, she claimed that I was a BIA agent. As if she had known that the other day, I decided to write about her.
But this is not the reason for my attention to Vesna. The reason is that someone remembered to activate her and give her the space to use her voice to call for pan-Serbian ecumenism of 30 August. She attacks the protests and calls for the reconciliation of the Serbs in Budva and other places. She praises the Democrats for coming back to themselves and so on and so forth.
But I don’t think this will work. The counter-revolution long ago outgrew the initial phase, which during great movements is always fertile for bizarre and diabolical political phenomena. In Serbia, with a little training for public performances and a little more stability, Vesna would be an ideal permanent guest for Jovana Jeremic and Kiki Golubovic.
Montenegro is not used to that genre. Nothing like that is acceptable here. Different cultural patterns. It’s not proof of backwardness, it’s just different. And the British, who are one of the most advanced cultures of all time, love tabloids and tabloid journalism just like Serbs. Montenegro is okay with voyeurism, but does not like to participate in such shows.
It would be beneficial for Vesna to move to Belgrade for a longer period of time. She would flourish there. The advantage of large numbers. In so many people, she will certainly find someone who will understand her and take her seriously, make her a university professor, give her citizenship and make her a minister. Montenegro simply did not know how to follow her and recognize her enormous potential.
And Vesna is not the only one. For many 30-August Vesnas, of all genders and sexes – freedom did not sing in the end.
That’s it for today. We wish you a pleasant rest of the day.
