At yesterday’s session of the local parliament, a decision was adopted to declare the Komovi Nature Park on the territory of Kolašin Municipality.
As this nature park partly extends to the territory of the capital, Podgorica, and the Municipality of Andrijevica, these two municipalities declared it a nature park on their territories back in 2015, so the Municipality of Kolašin now follows this example thus protecting its natural treasure.
The area of the park belonging to the Municipality of Kolašin is 6.16 ha and includes cadastral plots KO Jabuka, KO Mateševo, KO Sunga and KO Bare Kraljske, while the total length of the border is nearly 54.6 km.
