I didn’t know that the Fundamental Agreement would be signed that morning, said Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Rasko Konjevic.
“It seems to me that even the prime minister, who two days ago said that it was misinformation that it would be signed on 3 August, did not know. Yesterday’s guest appearance by the Minister of Justice did not indicate that it would be signed this morning”, Konjevic said in a guest appearance on TVCG’s Interview show.
He pointed out that the manner in which the Prime Minister chose to “sign such a document in secret clearly speaks of the quality and content of that document”.
“If the document was something that would be welcomed by the public, there was no reason to hide it and sign it in this way. I think it is a humiliation for Montenegro and SPC”, said Konjevic, among other things.
