The chair of the Parliamentary Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning Dragan Krapovic (Democrats) has recommended that the Government should take over St. Stefan and Milocer if it does not reach an agreement with the lessees by the end of October.
“Lessees must understand that they cannot get what the DPS gave them, because in the hinterland of St. Stefan, Milocer and Przno there are thousands of beds owned by the domicile population and they as well as their guests have the right to the sea and a place on the beach and the state is obliged to provide it to them”, says Krapovic.
Pobjeda reported yesterday that the Commercial Court introduced a temporary measure prohibiting the Government and the Budvanska Rivijera hotel company from taking actions that could harm the lessee of this complex – Adriatic Properties, which is valid until the end of the arbitration proceedings in London.
